All Sales Are Final

Due to the exclusive and collectible nature of Jacques Marie Mage frames, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, except as required by Canadian consumer protection law.

Each pair is inspected prior to shipment to ensure pristine condition. To protect the integrity, authenticity, and value of our inventory, we cannot resell any item that has been opened, tried on, or returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Email elia@west10theyes.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will assess your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims submitted after the 3-day window or without proper documentation may not be accepted.

Cancellations & Address Errors

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please ensure all shipping information is correct before checking out—we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
